If Any Change In Weight Found At The Time Of Their Travel From The Submitted Weights, Which Would Exceed Our Aircraft’s Weight Carrying Capacity Of 450 Kg, Passengers Would Be Deboarded & Cancelled For The Heli-tour Without Any Refund.

0600 HRS  REPORTING TIME AT HIMALAYAN HELI’S SERSI HELI-BASE 
0630 HRS  ETD FROM SERSI TO KEDARNATH 
0830 HRS  ETD FROM KEDARNATH TO SERSI 
  • Sersi –we Operate The Shuttle Services For Kedarnath Ji Shrine From Here.
  • Passengers Report At Sersi By 0600 Hrs.
  • In Case Flight Is Getting Delayed Due To Notam/delayed Clearances/bad Weather Etc., We Shall Convey To The Passengers In Advance, So That They May Report According To The Delayed Timings.
  • Passengers Will Be Ferried To Kedarnath Dham For Darshan In A Shuttle Services Flight By 0630 Hrs.
  • After Being Ferried To Kedarnath Ji, Passengers Will Be Allowed Maximum 02 Hours For The Darshan. Once The Darshan Is Done, We Bring Down The Passengers To Sersi.
  • We Depart From Sersi After Breakfast, By 0930 Hrs.

  • On Arrival At Badrinath Helipad, Our Staff Will Take The Passengers For Darshan In A Car. Temple Is Around 15 Mins Away.
  • Approximately 01-1.5 Hrs Will Be Allowed To Passengers For Darshan. And, No Delays Will Be Permitted, As Our Flights Operate As Per A Schedule.
  • After Darshan, Passengers Will Be Brought Back To Badrinath Helipad For Their Flight To Sersi, By 1130 Hrs.
  • Arrival At Sersi Will Be By 1200 Hrs.
  • On Arrival, Our Team Will Be Present To Receive The Passengers. This Will Conclude The Dodham Tour.

Total Amount Has To Be Paid In Cash To Hhspl Representative At Dehradun, So That We Can Arrange And Book The Puja In Advance On Behalf Of Each Passenger. Note – Maha Abhishek Puja Will Not Be Included In Our Package Or Billing Cost, Since The Total Amount For The Same Goes Directly To Badrinath Ji Mandir Samiti. Rudra Abhishek Puja At Kedarnath Ji - Inr 6,500 For 05 People. Total Amount Has To Be Paid In Cash To Our Representative At Dehradun, So That We Can Arrange And Book The Puja In Advance On Behalf Of Each Passenger. Arrangement Of Rudra Abhishek Puja Will Be Done Subject To Availability Of Rooms At Kedarnath-top, As Passengers Will Have To Stay There Overnight For The Puja. Therefore, The Additional Charges Towards The Hotel Stay Will Be Extra Chargeable.
